I've always enjoyed writing, and I think journalism is such a valuable career. An interview source once told me that he always tried to do things that were important to him and felt fulfilling. Journalism is just that for me. I love getting to tell other people's stories, hear what they are passionate about and bring light to important topics.

My dream job would be any job that I could combine my Catholic faith with multimedia and/or writing. I am passionate about my field, so getting to combine my skills with my faith would be a dream.

One of my favorite writing projects I've done is an in-depth news article on newspapers in rural Nebraska. It was fun to use my journalism skills to cover local journalism. I also loved writing for a personal blog for one of my classes. It was new to write for myself for once, but I found it to be a lot of fun.
